Fish in a spicy lemon sauce


  • 1-2 pounds fresh yellow-fin tuna
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 8-10 lemons (squeezed for juice)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 or 4 red peppers, crushed

Cut tuna into small, thin pieces and place in a large bowl. Add onions, salt and peppers.
Mix well. Add lemon and continue to mix. Place in refrigerator to chill or eat as is.
