CHamoru dipping sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup white vinegar (or juice from 2 lemons)
- 1/4 cup chopped green or white onions
- 3 small red peppers, crushed
Combine all ingredients and stir. Serve this sauce with any CHamoru meal. It can be spooned over food, or used as a dipping sauce.
