Daniel J. Tydingco holds a BA in political science from Regis University, Denver.

Tydingco is the director of Policy Planning and Community Relations for the Unified Courts of Guam for the past three years. Prior to that, he served as executive officer of the Supreme Court for seven years.

He began his public service career as a congressional aide for Guam delegate Antonio B. Won Pat and went on to serve as deputy press secretary for the late Governor Ricardo J. Bordallo. Tydingco has also served as chief of staff for the Legislative Committees on Water, Utilities and Telecommunication and Judiciary and Public Safety.
