Elizabeth Diaz Rechebei, a Chamorro/Japanese from Saipan. She is a co-principal investigator and one of the editors of The Revised Chamorro-English Dictionary, a revision of of the Topping, Ogo, and Dungca’s Chamorro-English Dictionary (1975) by the Chamorro community of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Guam, an MEd in Educational Psychology from the University of Hawaii, Manoa, and an EdD in Educational Leadership from the University of San Diego. Liz is currently a consultant on evaluation related projects in the region.
