Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 3 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 box pistachio pudding mix

Combine all the above ingredients and mix well.

  • 4 eggs
  • 1½ cups evaporated milk
  • 3 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 4-5 drops green food coloring

Add to dry ingredients and beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. Fold in the chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees until cake springs back at center when touched.
Serves 10-12.
