Octopus with coconut cream
Ingredients
- 1 octopus, cut into bite size pieces
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 lemon
- 1 ½ cups of coconut milk
- 5-6 cherry tomatoes
- salt (to taste)
- 1 cup of water
Place all ingredients, except for coconut milk, in a pot. Cook for about 10 to 12 minutes or longer if you want gumson tender. Reduce heat, add pumpkin tips and coconut milk, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
